2004-2009 STRATEGIC PLAN

The 2004-2009 Port of Garibaldi Strategic Plan was developed by committee with the assistance of community members and partners. The Plan intends to provide Commissioners and Staff a refined mission, vision, and set of goals and strategies for the development of the Port of Garibaldi. This Strategic Plan will be used to guide the actions of those participants so as to work toward the future and best meet the needs of all community partners.
