Greenwood was hired as port manager in May 2009 after serving five years as administrator for the city of Garibaldi. Originally from Vancouver, Washington, Greenwood is a 1990 graduate of the Univ. of Washington with degrees in English and Political Science. He and his family have lived in Tillamook County since 2001.

Thomas has worked for the port since 1990. A graduate of Neah-Kah-Nie high school, Thomas has lived in Garibaldi since 1974. Her husband, Tim, is a commercial fisherman.

Lothman was hired in 2008.
